About the Role:
As the Executive Chef, you will be at the forefront of culinary innovation, leading the creation and management of the entire Food & Beverage experience. This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning natural setting, where you can let your culinary skills shine while embracing the beauty of wildlife and nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a diverse menu that caters to our discerning guests.
- Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Create unique dining experiences that reflect the natural surroundings.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control for the F&B department.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef or in a similar senior culinary role.
- Passion for wildlife, nature, and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary trends and a flair for creativity.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
