- Do I genuinely connect with guests, understanding their emotions and preferences?
- Am I able to handle difficult situations with empathy and composure?
- Do I anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations?
3. Flexibility and Adaptability Review
- Am I able to adjust my schedule and priorities to accommodate changing demands?
- Do I remain calm and composed in fast-paced or unexpected situations?
- Can I effectively multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods?
4. Attention to Detail Examination
- Do I consistently maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in my work area?
- Am I meticulous in processing guest requests and ensuring accuracy?
- Do I pay close attention to small details that contribute to the overall guest experience?

- Am I willing to assist others and contribute to a positive work environment?
- Do I approach challenges with a constructive and optimistic mindset, inspiring others to do the same?
By regularly evaluating yourself against these parameters, you can identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to enhance your skills.
